YouTube Video Packaging Expert / Channel Manager (part-time)

Creator Dynamics is seeking a part-time YouTube Video Packaging Expert to help clients maximize their video performance. Founded by Matt Koval, former YouTube Head Content Strategist, Creator Dynamics supports companies in launching or reviving YouTube channels with ongoing optimization services.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of YouTube channel management experience, a proven track record in video packaging (thumbnails, titles, SEO), strong presentation skills, and a keen attention to detail. Responsibilities include reviewing client videos, developing creative packaging ideas, optimizing uploads, monitoring analytics, and providing data-driven insights to improve channel performance. This role requires a detail-oriented, creative thinker who excels in client communication and content strategy.

YouTube Thumbnail Designer (part-time)

Creator Dynamics is looking for a talented YouTube Thumbnail Designer for ongoing projects with our top-tier company clients. This role goes beyond design skills—we’re seeking someone who understands what makes a thumbnail truly eye-catching and effective, with a proven track record in creating high-performing visuals.

The ideal candidate will combine creative flair with strategic thinking to boost click-through rates and engagement. Strong communication and presentation skills are a plus, as you’ll be collaborating directly with clients to share ideas and insights.
