Alexander Schepsman is an Executive Producer and Content Strategist whose work spans Sundance and Cannes-winning feature films to running YouTube and TikTok channels with tens-of-millions of subscribers, and billions of annual views. His specialty is working with digital channels creating premium, high-quality content without sacrificing volume or scale. He’s an expert at building streamlined production teams, developing and testing formats, and using data to inform and drive creative execution.

Alexander has worked in production leadership roles for YouTube LabsVox Media, and most recently, as the Executive Producer of Cut.com, where he oversaw a team of 10 producers and directors producing 450 pieces of content every year across multiple platforms and channels. The channels saw impressive growth and new revenue streams under his watch, including the launch of their TikTok channel, which grew to over two million followers in 18 months. Alexander is excited to join the Creator Dynamics team of strategists to lend his expertise in producing premium content and reaching a global audience on YouTube and TikTok.
